The Minister of Maritime Affairs and Insular Policy, Mr Christos Stylianides, in his keynote speech, thanked for the invitation and noted that today is an excellent opportunity to discuss the future of shipping. Two key topics that will shape the future of shipping is sustainability and finance. Decarbonisation requires investment and PPPs can suit well in this. They can provide a framework where finance is provided and collaboration is secured, it is a win win solution. The Minister ensured that Greece will support this process and help move from motion to action.
