Slide2Open Shipping Finance proudly hosted its 7th annual conference on January 24, 2024, bringing together over 400 participants and an expanding online audience of 28,200 viewers from 133 countries.

Key figures from the shipping, banking, financing, trade and IT industries, as well as representatives of the State, regulatory authorities and Academia participated in the 7th Slide2Open Shipping Finance 2024 Conference.

Moreover, the conference proudly announce the formation of an Advisory Board and Working Groups, fostering powerful collaborations between esteemed Senior Representatives of influential institutional organizations within the Greek and International Shipping Community and the renowned Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers – IEEE SA Standards Association. Together, we aim to generate tangible outcomes, including new standards to address Shipping’s contemporary needs, impactful white papers, vital recommendations, and innovative, feasible proposals for the regulatory framework. These significant results will be shared with influential international organizations including INTERCARGO, INTERTANKO, IMO, BIMCO, ECSA and the ICS.
