Angelos Roupas Pantaleon is the founder of Second Wind & Partners. He has extensive experience in the maritime finance / banking sector through his well over than 20 years cooperation with Barclays Bank, DVB and Deutsche Schiffsbank/ Commerzbank. Angelos has built up extensive experience in restructuring, evaluating distressed shipping portfolios and sourcing finance for shipping companies. In parallel he is the Manager of the Greek Representative Office of The International Flag of Portugal (Madeira); currently the fastest growing white listed EU flag, and in any case one of the fastest growing flags worldwide. In addition to his shipping activities, Angelos has been active in sourcing debt and equity towards green energy projects.
