Zefi is the Legal, Claims and Insurance  Manager of a reputable shipping company, Allseas Marine S.A./ STEM SHIPPING CO S.A.

She  is qualified in Greece and England with extensive experience in handling maritime legal claims, marine insurance claims, arbitrations and mediation in respect of a wide variety of disputes, including marine insurance,

cargo claims, crew claims and charterparty disputes. Zefi is delaing also with variety of shipping transactional, corporate and finance matters, including ship sale and purchase, shipbuilding and builder credits, bareboat hire purchase and financial leasing transactions,

ship finance/leasing, joint ventures and shareholders’ agreements, corporate restructurings and security enforcement.

Zefi has obtained her law degree at the University of Thessaloniki and received her LLM from the University of Cardiff.

She is  member of Athens Law Bar Association ,of the Law Society of England and Wales, of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and of Wista.

Zefi is fluent at English, French and German and speaks also Spanish.
