Yuri Bender works at the FT’s Specialist magazines division as editor-in-chief of PWM, focusing on mega trends in asset and wealth management and has written for the FT newspaper from Ukraine, China, Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore.
He is a PhD candidate at the School of Slavonic and East European Studies at UCL, researching trade relationships between Ukraine, Russia and China. His Masters’ thesis at Cambridge University analysed conflict in eastern Ukraine.
