Spiros Paschalis has been active in the passenger shipping industry for more than 27 years. He is the founder of the boutique consultancy firm “Sea Ahead Marine” which specializes in providing Strategic Management consultancy on the green transition and decarbonization of shipping as well as advise on the renewal of the passenger shipping fleets with environmentally friendly vessels.  Other services include business process reengineering and organizational restructuring, focused on enhancing operational efficiency. Until recently and for 12 years Spiros served as CEO of Attica Group, the largest passenger shipping group in Greece.

He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Chamber of Shipping since 2014 and a member of its Steering Committee since 2018. Furthermore, he was a member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Association of Passenger Shipping Companies (SEEN) from 2009 to 2023, serving as Chairman for the period 2022-2023.
