Mr Konstantinos Oikonomou has a substantial and diverse experience in the Banking field with specialization in shipping / transportation finance projects for more than 21 years in the national and international environment having worked in positions of trust, in international banking institutions such as the Bank of Nova Scotia, EFG Eurobank, Bank of Cyprus, Piraeus Bank S.A. and currently at Pancreta Bank.

He holds a degree in Economics and Operations Management from Lancaster University of England, and a Master’s of science in Marine Policy (shipping & Trade) from Cardiff University of Wales. He is also a certified economist of the Finance Chamber of Greece and has served the Greek Army as a reserve officer of Finance Trops with the rank of 2nd Lieutenant. He is a member of the Hellenic Ship Financiers Association since 2002 and he has been firstly elected in the Board of the association on May 2011.
