Fedon Tomazos is the Founder and Managing Director of Cass Technava Maritime S.A., a leading international shipbroking firm he established in 2006. Under his leadership, the company has grown into one of the most recognized newbuilding brokering houses worldwide and ranks among the top five globally in terms of newbuilding transactions. For nearly two decades, the firm has handled a substantial share of newbuilding orders placed by Greek shipowners, regularly accounting for approximately 15–20% of the total Greek newbuilding activity in major shipbuilding markets such as China, Korea, and Japan.

Earlier in his career, he worked in London with Cass Maritime Ltd, focusing on sales and purchase and project-related shipbroking activities, gaining valuable international market experience. Over the years, he has developed strong expertise in ship finance dynamics, newbuilding negotiations, and global shipyard relations, contributing to major transactions within the Greek and international maritime sectors.

He holds an MSc in Shipping, Trade and Finance (with distinction) from City University London – Cass Business School, and a Diploma in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. Fluent in Greek and English, he combines a solid academic background with extensive hands-on experience in global shipbroking and maritime markets.
