Captain Nikos Tsoulis is a seasoned maritime professional with extensive experience in seafaring, academia, and administrative leadership. With over 11 years of sea service, including four as a Master on freighters, Ro-Ro, and passenger vessels, he has honed his expertise in ship operations. His academic journey includes graduating from the Marine Academy of Macedonia and earning an MBA from the International Hellenic University. He has further enriched his skill set through numerous certifications in maritime safety, security, and advanced ship operations. His leadership roles include serving as the Director of the Deck Department at the Merchant Marine Academy of Macedonia since 2012 and overseeing studies at KESEN Macedonia.

Beyond his seafaring and educational credentials, Captain Nikos has played a pivotal role in shaping maritime education and policy. As an Associate Professor and Director of Studies, he has supervised numerous dissertations and contributed to the modernization of training programs. His tenure as a marine accident investigator and member of various ministry committees underscores his commitment to maritime safety and regulatory excellence. With a passion for continuous learning, he has attended over 50 seminars and training programs, spanning topics like marine meteorology, cybersecurity, and environmental sustainability, solidifying his position as a leader in the maritime industry.
