Aristotelis Ninios (52) is a founding member of Euroxx Securities S.A., where he currently serves as Vice Chairman of the BoD. He has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, being one of the foremost specialists in Greek ECM and DCM financings.
He has been awarded numerous certifications in financial analysis, trading, and portfolio management from major organizations in Greece and abroad. His sharp critical and analytical skills, combined with his distinctive leadership abilities, have enabled him to successfully lead and execute a broad range of investment banking transactions, including strategic mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, tender offerings, secondary offerings, and bond issuances.
Aristotelis holds an MSc (2013) in Counseling Psychology and Psychotherapy from the American College of Greece, an MBA (2004) from Kingston University, an MSc (2001) in Financial Management from the University of London, and a BSc (1995) in Accounting and Finance from the American College of Greece. He has been accredited as a Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA – 2005) by the Association of Certified International Investment Analysts, as a Certified Financial Analyst by the European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies (EFFAS – 2005), as a Certified Stock Market Analyst (Certification Delta) by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (HCMC – 2006), as a Certified Stock and Bond Trader by the Athens Exchange (1995) and as a Certified Trader by the Hellenic Energy Exchange (HEnEx – 2020). He is also an affiliate member of the Hellenic CFA Society and a member of the American Psychological Association (APA).
