Costas Troulos is a Dr Electrical and Computer Engineer. He has 15 years of experience in the telecoms industry as an engineer, analyst, senior executive, and entrepreneur. For the last 10 years, he is assisting startups, innovative enterprises, and research teams to achieve their goals. He has worked in technology transfer, investment readiness, and business and IP strategy.
