Mihalis Kefalogiannis holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wales Institute, Cardiff, UK and a M.Sc. in Total Quality Management from the Glamorgan University, Cardiff, UK. He is the Head of OTE Group IT Innovation Center. His role is to manage and enable OTE Group to introduce innovative and game-changing technologies to customers and employees. This role is multidimensional since it requires technical competence and business insight in order to match internal & customer needs/ideas with innovative solutions and accomplish innovation management. In the past, Mihalis was responsible for applying business process management, operational transformation and simplification techniques / methodologies to various functions across OTE Group (e.g. Network Planning & Operations, Customer Facing, Finance, Maritime, HR, etc.). He has been involved in various key transformation projects across OTE & DT Group. He started his career as a process management & improvement consultant for KPMG Greece. He has more than 20 years of experience in Process Management and Operational/IT Transformation.
