Ηγήθηκε της ανάπτυξης προγράμματος ενσωματωμένων συστημάτων του τμήματος μηχανικής υπολογιστών από την ίδρυσή του το 2004. Η προσπάθεια αυτή οδήγησε στα μαθήματα συγκέντρωσης σε ενσωματωμένα συστήματα, όπως CMPE 242, CMPE 244, CMPE 245 και CMPE 262. Η συγκέντρωση ενσωματωμένου συστήματος στο Πανεπιστήμιο του Σαν Χοσέ κατατάσσεται ως ένα από τα κορυφαία προγράμματα στις ΗΠΑ τα τελευταία 10 χρόνια.
