Yuri Bender<\/strong> is a financial journalist covering private banking, international asset management and capital markets. He is Editor-in-Chief<\/strong> of the Professional Wealth Management global magazine<\/strong>, website and events hub at the Financial Times<\/strong>.<\/p>\n He has edited and launched several magazines and websites at the Financial Times Group, since he joined in 1992, including FT Mandate<\/strong>, a newspaper for the institutional investment industry.<\/p>\n As a journalist, he has written reports from \u2018emerging markets\u2019 including China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Kazhakstan, Russia and Ukraine. He is a regular contributor\u00a0of the FT newspaper<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Yuri attended the London Business School<\/strong> to study Investment Management. He studied International Relations at Cambridge University<\/strong>, where he wrote his Master\u2019s thesis on the economics of armed conflict, with special emphasis on eastern Ukraine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Yuri Bender is an excellent speaker and moderator.<\/strong> He has moderated in-person and virtual panel discussions, conferences and round tables on financial, business and cultural issues in Europe, the US, Middle East and Asia.
