Vasilis is the Managing Director of Mount Street Hellas SAMRLC, a licensed Greek servicer and heads Credit & Advisory for Greece and Cyprus for Mount Street Group. He has 21 years of investment banking, corporate finance, private debt, servicing, C-level and Board-level industry experience across banking, advisory, shipping, real estate, food, retail, manufacturing and healthcare sectors, having advised on over €18bn of corporate and banking transactions across 12 countries primarily in South and Eastern Europe. Prior to Mount Street, Vasilis was a Partner with KKR’s Pillarstone Europe LLP heading the deal team in Pillarstone’s Greek platform. Vasilis has 9 years of experience as an Investment Banker with JPMorgan’s EMEA Financial Sponsors Group in London and as a Senior Manager with Deloitte’s Financial Advisory Services in Athens. Vasilis Also has worked for 7 years as a Director in the leading Mediterranean listed Seafood Group Nireus, served on the Board of the UK Hellenic Bankers Association and of Oslo-listed Marine Farms ASA and as the CFO of Iason Maritime Holdings, a Private Shipping Group and UHNW Family Office in Greece.
