Alexis joined Goldenport Holdings Inc. as Chief Investment Officer and Head of Investor Relations in August 2013 and was appointed Group CFO in February 2014. He was previously a Managing Director in the investment banking department of UBS AG based in London, where he led the origination, structuring and execution of a number of capital market and M&A transactions across a wide swath of industries with a particular focus on financial institutions and shipping. Alexis holds a BSc in Monetary and Financial Economics from the University of Geneva, Switzerland and an MSc in Banking and Finance from HEC Lausanne, Switzerland.
