Marc joined the Macquarie Group in London in 1999 and is Head of the Zurich Office, which he established in 2005. In addition to his regional role, Marc is also Head of Shipping Finance & ECA, comprising a team of 18 executives based in Zurich and London.
Over the past 20 years Marc has had senior roles in transactions that span advisory, equity raising and debt financing, with a particular focus on Asset Finance. Marc’s team provides secured financing to the shipping industry and arranges and distributes Export Credit Agency backed debt on behalf of clients globally.
Prior to joining Macquarie Marc was a financing specialist in the Corporate Finance and Treasury area at Swisscom involved in developing the company’s IPO strategy and establishing the company’s corporate treasury division.
