Jesper Pedersen currently serves as CEO of M.V. Cargo, a recently completed Grain Terminal Port in Odessa Region of Ukraine with an annual capacity of 5 million tons. The Terminal represent the largest most recent investment in Ukraine and is sponsored by local shareholders related to TIS Group in partnership with Cargill and co-financed by IFC and EBRD.
He has been involved in global shipping, ports and holding companies since 1993 in a variety of capacities: Executive Director, General Manager, Country Manager, Regional Manager, Board Member, CEO and Chairman of several boards. He has worked for companies worldwide in management roles related to business startup, turn around, integration, business expansion and crewing management. He has also worked for financial holding companies and major international companies such as Cargill, FESCO, Maersk, CMA-CGM and MSC. Jesper Pedersen holds an executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School and is the founder of Container Line Association of Ukraine.
