Filimon Antonopoulos, is the founder and Managing Director of the London based Tallon Commodities Limited, an FCA regulated trading company offering integrated trading services and risk management solutions on energy, shipping and environmental commodities as well as base metals. He has been active in the energy commodities markets for twenty years having offered risk management and yield enhancement solutions to all types of professional corporate clients including shipping, industrial, transport and trading companies as well as refineries.
Filimon has graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens and received his MBA on Finance from the University of Florida of United States. He is a certified Derivatives Market Maker/Trader from the Athens Derivatives Exchange, Certified Manager from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA -London), the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and the Bank of Greece. He is also a Chartered Member of London’s Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (Chartered MCSI).
