Alexandra is a partner in the finance team of Watson Farley &Williams. She has extensive experience in asset finance with a particular focus in the maritime sector. Her clients include international shipping banks and financial institutions and she regularly advises on all aspects of bilateral and syndicated secured lending, restructuring and other solutions including loan sales and participations. Alexandra also advises other market players in the maritime sector in the context of joint venture agreements, ship acquisition documents, newbuilding contracts, sale and leaseback structures and general English corporate advice.
Alexandra recently returned to Athens after spending six years as Head of the English law team in the Hamburg office and maintains strong links to the maritime community in Germany.
