Mr. Phrixos Papachristidis currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Hellespont Group. Papachristidis holds a Bachelor of Arts from New York University and was previously employed by Poten and Partners before joining Hellespont in 2007. Papachristidis has held various positions since joining Hellespont, mainly focused on the business development of the group’s ship owning and marine service activities.
In 2009, he assumed the position of CEO for the Hellespont Group. The family-controlled company has been active in shipping since 1946 and has evolved from a private ship owner to a provider of quality marine services and solutions to the global shipping community.
The group delivers integrated maritime services, including commercial and technical management, construction supervision and crewing services to charterers, owners and operators involved in the marine and offshore sectors. The Hellespont Group is headquartered in Singapore, with offices situated in Athens, Hamburg and Manila.
Papachristidis is based in Hamburg Germany.
