Dr. Kostas Rokkos is the Chief Executive Officer and the Chairman of TST International SA. He has also served as Managing Director in other shipping companies in the area of Bulk, Bitumen and LPG carriers since 1995.

Dr. Rokkos graduated from the Middlesex University of London with a Doctorate degree in Maritime (Risk) Management and a Master’s of Science in Marine Engineering and Management with distinction, as well as awarded a Master’s Degree in Maritime Law with distinction from City University of London. He is also awarded Diploma in International Accounting and in IFRS from the Association of International Accountants (AIA). Dr. Rokkos also graduated as Dipl. Electrical- Mechanical Engineer and awarded as European Engineer (Dipl. Eur. Ing.) and he is a member of FEANI as well as full membership by RINA (Royal Institute of Naval Architects) and Chartered Engineer title by the UK Engineering Council. He is also a member of TEE Technical Chamber of Commerce, Society of Mechanical Electrical Engineering, SNAME, SME as well as a member of the Society for Risk Analysis SRA which focuses on risk management development.

Dr. Rokkos is a Governor and Regional Vice President of the International Propeller Club of the US.
