Despina is an economist and a passionate marketing and communications professional, with extensive experience and recognition in delivering innovative solutions and organizing high profile events. From strategy design and research to content creation, commercial strategy, sales and negotiations, her work has covered almost all industries, including shipping, healthcare, energy, trade and agribusiness. She has worked with academics, regional and national governments, representatives of institutional organizations, public entities and private corporations in Greece and abroad.
Having organized more than 200 events, in partnership with the Financial Times and national media and communications firms (e.g. Naftemporiki, Ethos Media, Boussias Communications), she has contributed in turning business relationships into lifetime learning experiences.
